i have had this product for about 90 days and after minimal use and an amp that only gives it 75 rms it damages a tweeter.
simply pitiful, the only reason i gave this product 3 stars was that the other speaker is perfectly fine and works amazingly well. i am just disappointed in how little stress this speaker has had, and still its tweeter got damaged.
the only way i can get around the annoying scratchy sound from the speaker is by turning the volume up higher so that the bass attached to this speaker can drown out that sound.
overall good for the money but i suggest running these speakers through stress test before you fully install them, i know i probably am unlucky with my speaker, since the other one works fine but man am i disappointed.

I blew out one of the factory speakers on my car so I replaced the back speakers with these, and I was very impressed. The speakers are very good for the price, with clear and crisp sound, and plenty loud. Overall I'm very satisfied. The speakers even came with covers in case your car didn't have them!

These play a lot lower than I thought they would... about 40hz. They can be used instead of a subwoofer if you amplify them correctly as they have decent excursion. However, I have crossed them over at 80hz so they will last since I am running subwoofers. The tweeters are very bright so you can set your EQ flat and still hear very good treble.
